.30-06 BLANK ammo / were to get in bulk???

we had a request from some re-enactors who are looking for .30-06 BLANK AMMUNITION. it has to go bang, and function in an M-1 GARAND as well as a `03 SPRINGFIELD. they can be in cardboard, or on clips, preferably in cans. who has them, and how do i contact them???

i could only scrounge up a few hundred (347 pcs) of mixed dates and manufacture blanks at the shop.
