Anyone know where to pick up a Flintlock by Maslin ( Spanish )for a reasonable price!!

    Bought a new kentuckian flintlock riflefrom Dixie,the first few shots went offfine but now I get very little if anyspark.New flints,dry powder.What can Ido to cure this.

    Howdy, and welcome to the zoo! I just did a search on MSN using Maslin flintlock (find ALL the words). Came up with too much to list. Good luck.

    Some more info would help. Who is/was Maslin? Are you referring to a flint lock, which is to say a detached lock? Or is it a pistol, musket, etc.?

    I have to ask what has already been asked, do you want a complete firearm or just the lock? Also are you looking for an original Maslin or a reproduction Maslin style lock such as CVA? Here is a place that has a Maslin 16 ga single shotgun but it is percussion:

    Then Track of the Wolf will have the lock or Dixie Gun Works will also. You can contact them at the URLs I provided and they will be able to help you. The lock should run between $45 and $80 depending on manufacture. Personally I prefer L&R locks which will run in the $80 range.
