do all kimber classics come with a full length guide rod and if so could it be changed back to the original style?

  Yes, you can pick up the parts and change the pistol to the original 1911 style, but I believe that allof the original Kimber Classics came w/ solid/one piece guide rods.
  
  As a general comment you can change any 1911 to a one piece or you can take any one piece back to the original style. There have been a lot of tests done to determine if the one piece rods improve accuracy and of the tests I've read about ... none were able to prove it.
  
  And, disassembly is MUCH easier with the original style.
  
  
  
  If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!
