CZ 97 Finnish?

I've been looking at the 97b model and I've seen both poly coat, and blued. Is the poly coat what it sounds like, dipped in plastic? Do the 2 look any differnt? Should I just quit procrastinating and buy a blued model.

  Ive got one with the black poly-coat, and am pretty impressed with it. its rust and wear resistant, and is very easy to clean. this is a really good gun and i would be happy with both of them.

  The poly coat is like an epoxy based flat black paint, not really pretty, but pretty much indestructable from what I have done with mine.
