Locked Topics...

Forgive me for being new here but will someone please tell me about locked topics. It seems that once a topic receives 10 replies they are locked. Is this the case? Just curious because of still "trying" to reply to a post I created "TOPIC_ID=100131"...

  Just in Ask the Experts..After 10 posts, the question should have been answered....Then it sorta turns into general discussion..

  By the way, welcome to the zoo!!...Don't feel dumb asking questions....I certainly have no business answering on the Experts forum..[:o)]...Beginners' questions are a daily topic...I learn something every day...
