C&R eligible?????

Are teh bulgarian Makarovs C&R eligible? I see that the Russian and East German ones are, but haven't been able to find the Bulgarian ones on the lsit. Am I looking in the wrong place or are they not on the list?

  No, sorry, they are NOT C&R's. I don't understand why not, but maybe the importer didn't ask BATFE to add them to the list. Of course, if it is important to you, YOU can ask.

  I think the reason that the East German and Russian ones are C&R is because of their historic significance- being of the former Soviet Union. Also, most of them are over 50 years old, while the Bulgys and Pols are of recent manufacture.
