Drop them a note or call them and tell them you've been unable to locate one in your area. They will either give you a stocking dealer or dealers contact info., or let you buy direct. I would resist going through their custom shop (Foxridge) because generally things are a little more expensive.

If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!

    Hello iowacentral...

A friendly piece of advice... you do NOT want a TC Encore in 405 W.C.F. unless you can get it with a minimum 26" long extra heavy barrel, or you are really in to self inflicted pain[B)][B)][:D].

I own an original Winchester Model 1885 high-wall (30" No. 3 1/2 size barrel) that weighs 9 lbs. 10 oz., and it has a shotgun style smooth steel buttplate on it... it stills pounds me into submission within 10 shots[B)]. I absolutely can not imagine (or fathom) shooting that cartridge in a lightweight rifle like the TC Encore. Launching a 300 grain JSP at 2200 - 2300 fps (nearly 2500 fps in my high-wall) is not to be taken lightly. It literally kills at both ends of the gun!

In my latest Cabelas shooting catolog they list a 405 Win barrel for a T/C Encore. I was just looking at it myself this morning.

If you're into pain and suffering try some of Elmer Keiths' 44 Spl max loads with 250 grain bullets out of a 19 oz. Charter arms revolver.
