I have a Interarms mark x 7mm rem mag. that my wife bought for me a few years back. Anyways i was out shooting the other day and the hammer in the trigger assembly broke, again. I had it welded at a fab shop last time, but it didnt really work. I know they went out of business several years back. I was just wondering if anybody knows where i can get a replacment or stock trigger assembly, I would appreciate any help i can get.

    Thanks
    Matt

Probably Remington or Winchester factory loads. There are probably
others makers of hunting type ammo also.

Considering that the mini-Mark X was made in Yugoslavia using a mini-98 Mauser action ... the tolerances are probably such that the majority military stuff is just a little to heavy cased. Similar problem encountered by some folks firing Rem 223 chambered rifles with military ammo.

Get yourself a box of commercial ammo and see if that works for you. If the bolt action still feels to heavy get it checked out by a gunsmith as the chamber might need to be touched up a bit.

If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!
