Good practice rounds?
Hey all. I've got a Sig-Sauer P232 .380. I'm looking for some decent practice round. Something of the FMJ variety. I have some spanish brand (can't recall the name) and they seem to make the gun really dirty on the inside.
So I'm just curious to see what you all use at the range.
Thanks [8D]

Sellier & Bellot shoots fairly clean .
I bought my last batch from "cheaper than dirt".
50gr FMJ , 50 rds for under $8.00. A small break for case prices.
I have not had any particular trouble reloading S&B brass, but I don't reload 380.0 -
Watch Wally World from time to time, they sometimes have Winchester USA brand FMJ's for a pretty decent price. I have had good luck with CCI Blazers, but some folks don't like them. Good luck.. 0 -
My PPK/S feeds American Eagle FMJ pretty much 100%, and it is $6.66 last time I bought from cheaperthandirt.com.
ammoman has the same Federal 95 gr. ammo for $89 / 500, delivered.
Might be $5 ~ $10 cheaper through CTD, delivered.
I've been leaning towards Fiocchi and S&B lately, but have not tried it in 380ACP yet.0 -
The spanish rounds I've been shooting are 85 gr.
I'll take a look into the S&B's. I wouldn't ever shoot reloads, but that's just me.[:)]
The CCI Blazers aren't brass casings though are they? I've heard that the aluminum ones don't feed real well. I'll check out Wally World this weekend(even though I hate that store).
Thank for the replies so far.[8D]
