Winchester scopes

Can anyone give me tha low-down on Winchester scopes? Who makes them? Quality?

  I see these are new and out at Natchez. Some pretty good prices like an illuminated reticle 3-10X44 with covers, scopecoat and ammo box for $135.
  
  They claim the prices are low just to get them "out there".
  
  Any opinions on these?

  they are in the same catagory as the simmons,Bushnell and tasco
  Budjet Scopes. I would put them on an airgun or maybe a 22 Thats it.
