C&R FFL Info
Can anyone tell what you can and can't do with a C&R FFL? I'm interested in getting one, but need to know if I can use it to have a firearm purchased out of state that is NOT a true C&R piece shipped directly to me.
All replies are appreciated. Thanx in advance.

Direct answer to your question: No. Only those guns on the CR List (see the BATF listing) are eligible for you to have shipped directly to you; all others must go thru the FFL.

Thanx for the quick response. Okay, figured that was the deal, but wanted to make sure.

The C&R list is not all inclusive...See the rules...Just because it's not on the list does not mean it isn't a curio-relic..You're right Hairy, C&R holders have no special privileges when it comes to non C&R guns...

Get the C&R... It's well worth it. $30 for 3 years, but you'll make all that money back in savings the first time you buy a C & R firearm with it. And it's very easy...just two forms. 0
