Does anyone know where I can find a recoil spring for a Star 30M?

  Mrs. Mudge just got a new carry gun. A brand new Colt Defender Lightweight. She is having a problem with it. She doesn't have very strong hands and the recoil spring is so strong, she's finding it almost impossible to pull the slide back.
  Is there any way to lighten the spring and still retain the proper feed capabilities?

  I dont supose Mrs Mudge wants to exersize her arms? OK I knew what the answer would be [:p] Try a different appoach to racking the slide. As aposed to a direct pull back try a reverse pull, thumb twords the body. My 2 cents [8D]
