glock 17 or para P14

I'm trying to purchase my first gun and have narrowed my final two choices to these. I favor the glock but I have recently come across the P14 for an unreal deal, and I don't know what I should do. any advice?

  which Para? standard or is it a LDA?
  I had a Glock model 22 wich is in 40s&w , I sold it so I could buy a Para p14 LDA which is also in 40 s&w , I like both guns but was not comfortable with the Glock not having any manual safeties , My Para shoots very good , just as good if not better than the Glock did , it is a little heavier than the Glock when fully loaded . over all I just feel better with the Para having 2 manual safeties and the LDA ( light double action ) trigger

  Para, either standard or LDA ... I have both Glock and Para and both are good pistols, but I just like the feel of the Para. Doubt if I'll have the Glock that much longer ... there's a strong demand for them and I'll probably sell or trade it at my next Ohio Gun Collectors Assoc. mtng.

  My first pistol was a Glock , Very easy to use and maintain Perfect for the beginer IMO. WELCOME ABOARD[:)]
