38 AMU Ammo
Anyone know where there is a supply, even if small, of 38 AMU rimless ammo?

Hmmm . . . I think I have a box, but if so, it's packed away in some carton for the move and I won't be unpacking it for a good long time. Your best bet is to monitor listings under "collectible ammo" on this site and the other principal auction site for firearms related materials. These are getting kind of scarce, so be sure to save your brass! You're probably looking at about $50/box retail. You used the term "very rare" in your other post. While it's not common, you should be able to find a few boxes relatively easily if you are willing to pay for them. You won't get any out of the military unless it is released through the CMP - that's government property and for the past 35 or so years, policy has not been supportive of civilians obtaining ammo through official channels. The rounds in circulation are like the pistol you have, something the shooter was allowed to keep.
