AR_15 Barrel "DSC 1-8" Who Made it?

I just purchased an AR-15 that has a Stainless Varmit Barrel on it and I am try to find out who made it. The only marking on it at the end of the barrel it says "DSC 1-8" Does anyone know who made it?
