Can a rifle be shipped US Postal Service and or UPS?

Yes it can be sent UPS or Fedex. Just wrap it well in a box and they charge 10-20 bucks to send to most of USA. With UPS you must take it to one of their "hubs" many of their smaller stores won't take it. On the other hand any Fedex place will accept!

you can also ship US postal service any long gun ( from a private person to FFL dealer ) for hand guns they have to be shipped from FFL dealer to FFL dealer Lee
