"Bananna clip"!?! Is it just me or does that name make you want to cry in frustration? It is reminiscent of 4th graders playing "GI Joe" in the treehouse. We Gun owners call them Hi-cap magazines. A magazine is a spring driven device that feeds ammunition into the breech of autoloading firearms. A clip just simply holds the cartridges in place either until they are loaded into a magazine, or the internal feeding device of the weapon removes, loads, and fires them. Not trying to be mean, just trying to be helpful.

Or maybe just being anal-retentive about terminology. [xx(]

Hey James, its allright to be high strung, I also think its allright to be a little old, ( which I qualify ) I make numerous mistakes on the road to life so you guys must live with that. Oh yeah, another one. The HiCap, smiles, mag is for a Mac 90, ie; ak 47 too. Whee another for the day.

This is the "Experts" forum. Proper terminology is paramount here. Mediocrity is acceptable on the general discussion forum.[}:)]
