AR-15 National Match Scope & Ammo

Can anyone suggest a good model and power scope for a Rock River Arms AR-15 National Match .223 for a range between 100 and 500 yards? I understand that you pay for what you get, so any price ranges are fine.

Has anyone had good luck with any particular grain and brand .223 ammo for 100 to 500 yard range with the National Match?

  I've used a redfield five star 4-14 with good results have a Pentax 6-24 mil-dot I'm looking to try this spring, I hear great review's on the weaver v series and the bushnell 10x mil-dot I prefer vairables myself, the 75 gr hornady over N-135 is my perfered load very nice out to 600.
