Need info on 22 lrs.
I have two 22 lrs. They are a Stevens 87B and a Springfield 87A. The guns are the same except for the names. I can not find any thing on them in my books. The reason I am asking is I saw the same Stevens at a recent gun show for $245.00. Is there some thing special about these guns? Thanks in advance .

These 2 are the same and have a Exc cond value of around $100.
The Stevens as made 1948-1976
The Springfield 1938-1948
The guy at the gun show was fishing [:D][:D][:D]

22WRF is correct with everything stated. I have learned the hard way when it comes to buying guns. Always find out what the value of a gun is be for you buy one. That way you know if your being taken to the cleaners.
