    Hello Ken,

    It is worth approx. $450 - $500 (depending upon how badly someone wants it).

    Winchester Commemorative Model 94s for the most part were/are a very bad investment. However, Winchester did a great job of advertising, and fooled lots of people into believing that they were buying into a "good" investment. The original issue price (in 1969) for the Teddy Roosevelt Rifle was $135, and after 35 years, it has only appreciated a mere 251% (3.64% per year). By comparison, if you had placed that same $135 in a CD or Bond that earned a paltry 6% per year, you would now have $1039.
