S&W To Spotlight .10 mm?
"Guy told me" today that "a guy told him" ...Smith is going to put some extra focus on the 10, including one or more new handgun models to accomodate it. And they might be dropping one of their current guns to make room for the axpanded .10 projects.
Anybody else heard that?

If they stated this story withonce apoun a time it just might be a story. I have not heard this at all. Bambihunter keeps his ears to the ground for most 10mm stories or announcements. Lets see what he has to say. [8D] I just checked S&W web site. The do not have any plans in 2004 to mfg a 10mm auto. The only 10mm listed for sale in there current inventory is the 610 revolver. AJ Look at the EAA Witness 10mm. It is a very good buy for a 10mm. It is also the only other production 10mm besides Glock.

I think that the 10mm is a fine round, have a 1006 and had a 1076, wish I still had that one, had a 10 in a Glock too and wish I had that one yet. Don't know why the 10 dropped in popularity, heck folks are out there loading up 40's trying to get 10 performance. Go figure on that one. Lord knows I need another pistol but if I came across a new 10 auto, I'd sure look at it long and hard. 0 -
I haven't heard anything about it either, but if they make it like thier 1076 or preferably even thier "never made it to market" shorter-barrelled 10mm I'd be all over it like a fly on stink. [:D][:p]
Of course you all know they'd tell the bambihunter first if they were gonna release something new. [B)][:I][:D]
