Beretta Inox Tomcat started stovepiping...
I've got 500+ rounds through it, never any real problems, consistant with the ammo, Fiochhi Semi JHP 60 gr., and into a longer session than usual, in which I was mostly shooting my .45 (and testing a .22 I just can't seem to fix), I shot my three mags maybe three or four times, and had several stovepipes...the only true "straight up" ones I've seen. i have not been keeping the Tomcat spotless between shoots... any correlation, or was my grip "tuned" to the .45 and i was handling it wrong?
p.s. My mags are factory, and this has not happened before, although I've shot it often without cleaning between outings.

generally speaking ... griping loosely causes the problem.
When you go back to the range take a firm grip and see if the problem reoccurs. If it does, start looking for a mechanical problem.
If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!0 -
Contender man is right.
1. Firm Grip
2. DO NOT LIMP WRIST IT !

Correct! Had it out today for 100+ rounds. One stovepipe, and a few misfeeds on the last round of the mag (Federal ball ammo...I'm almost out of it, anyway).
Must have been the extensive .45 shooting, then taking it for granted the .32 could be more casually handled.
Thanks for the help.0
