can anyone tell me what an ithica pump 16 gauge featherweight 2 3/4 only model 37 shotgun might be worth its in real good shape, thanks

Many factors determine a guns value. It is Ithaca by the way. I collect them. If this is a standard 37 featherlight in the 60's vintage around $200. Now if you are in NYS it will bring more because of a greater following here in the state of its birthplace.

I can only speak from my own experience. Had a number of 16 gauge shotguns in the past including a Ithaca, also Stevens and CZ.
They were darn hard to sell, maybe it was just the area of the country I was located in?
If you do intend to sell it, the on-line auctions seem to be the best venue, both for finding the fair market value and a prospective buyer.

Here in NY, i paid last November for a brand new Model 37 16 gauge $480.00 with rifled barrel, good guns... 0 -
got a featherweight in 12 ga, couple months back, in id say good condition for about 180 0 -
