cleaning russian ammo lacquer
I've read somewhre that people have cleaned off the lacquer with paint thinner or similar type product. Is there a safe and easy way to do this? Will it affect the ammo at all?

If your not experiencing any "stuck casing" problems just shoot it up. If you are having problems with cases sticking or even chambering then find someone with a more open chamber and work out some type of deal withthem ... don't try and clean this stuff! 
If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!0
