As far as I know if it is for a handgun they (handguns) are not legal for any private citizen to own any where in Canada Please correct if I'm wrong but have a few friends up there and they say they can not have them Lee 0 -
I know the law in the U.S. rather well but when it comes to international borders that's where it becomes a little fuzzy. Not extremely easy information to find... 0 -
If I remember correctly, companies/persons who export weapons or components for weapons outside the US require a special license from the BATF.
