Baikal Owner?

A fellow at the range showed me a Baikal 22LR target imported by EAA today. Any of you guys have any experience with one? They aren't cheap for a Russian import - $400.+. It does have fully adjustable sights, trigger, and grip. Any other similar pistols in this price range?
