Remington PSS w/ 20" barrel?

Has anyone shot one of these or had any experience with them. Just wondered with that 20" barrel if you could really expect much accuracy out to 300 or 400 yards? Or are they mostly for short range situations?

  barrel lenght does not effect accuracy, only velocity.

  They are PLENTY accurate.
  
  why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
