Keltec P40 performance

Any experience out there with this pistol? Is the 9mm P11 frame holding up under the 40 cal and are there any common malfunctions with it?

    I've owned a P 11 since 1996 and have been very satisfied with it.

    Do to it's size/weight/concealability and outstanding factory service, it's the best value in the CCW market.

    The P 40 was a horse of a different color. KelTec quit making/selling them, mostly due to recoil induced malfunctions.

    i have 2 of the 40 S&W Kel-Tec pistols. They work well if you have the correct magazine. Read the write-up on the Kel-Tec owners website on 40 magazines. They also hold up better with the lighter bullets weights such as the 155 and 165 gr.

    Thanks for the leads. I just bought a P11 and I see CTD has a 40 cal conversion for it but it's out of stock. A 40 in this size and weight has to be a hand cannon. I have to read more before I go for it.
