What is the law on sales between collectors?

  If both parties live within the State, there are none that I know of, as long as the buyer is not a felon (how does one know). I'd not sell to a minor, of course. If there is a bona fide collector transaction and everybody has a C&R,I'd say no problem.

  Private sales of all non-NFA guns is perfectly legal within VA. Just to cya I always want to transfer info off of Drvr Lic and glad to furnish mine. Are you over by the Academy?

  Just picked up a used Keltec P11 for $170 with Tritium sights and have a deposit on a used Keltec 380 for $220.
