The P85 is essentially an early version of the P89.

(You forgot the P94 and 93 which are slightly smaller variations of the P89.)

The P95 is the polymer framed version of the P-series (the 85, 89, 93 and 94 models have the aluminum alloy frame).

You can view all the current P-series using the search here:

Not sure of all the varietal differences, but the P89 I own is stainless and decocker (DC). The P85's i've seen were all blued and had slide safety. As above, the P85's were the early version, the 89's came soon after , I believe both stainless and blued, safety or decocker. They all seem to be tough as nails. At least mine has been exceptionally accurate and trouble free (89DC).

The P-85 was offered in either blue or stainless. I have a stainless one I got in 1989, I think. The P-85 was the first issue in the P series. They were recalled because of a possible safety problem. Existing P-85s got a redesigned safety and were called a "Mark 2". New guns were called a P-89. At least that is how I understand things. I have lost track of some of the newer models, so I would like to know the differences also.
