Stinger Arms AR 15

I have a buddy who is looking at a Stinger Arms AR15. Does anyone know if they are any good. Any repsone would be great.

  Stinger Manufacturing makes pen guns, never heard of Stinger Arms though. I ran a quick search and found a Stinger Arms lower receiver, maybe your friends Ar15 was a receiver someone bought and assembled with a parts kit.
  
  I've yet to see a AR15 that was bad, he can get different uppers at many different vendors if it is shot out for about $300.
