I saw a Norinco Makarov for sale. How do they compare to the Russian and Bulgarian versions that are around?

Hard work pays off in the future. Laziness pays off now.

  I own one and they are probably the worst of the Makarov pistols. Mine has a word that is spelled wrong on it and the general quality is low.

  Wouldn't go there ... by one of the E. European makes. FEG PA63's are nice. Have a Russian, a FEG and a Bulgarian. Rate the Russian and FEG on even par and the Bulgarian least. And a Norinco would come way after the Bulgarian!
  
  Norinco used to turn out some good stuff, but in later years the quality has gone way down!
  
  If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!
