Hello, if you reblue it you will lose much of the collector value, if not all of it. How much blueing is left?

The partial serial indicates manufacture in 1909, and as a Trap grade, it is worth about 15% more than a similar condition Field grade gun. Reblueing it would destroy any collector value that it has. My guess on the value in the condition you describe, is about $800... but a few pictures would help to pin it down a bit closer.

I have had success polishing old brown guns, polishing the brown rather than removing it. It can look like it was intentionally browned. I burnish it with the side of a fine wire brush wheel turning not too fast. If you plan to try it, do it on some kind of scrap to get the hang of it before you attack your gun. Also give some thought beforehand how you will get into difficult places.
