Not for a short answer but off the box. However if you will give a description of caliber, finish, and how the complete barrel shroud looks (straight or with a dogleg infront of cyl). is I will be more than happy to try to identify for you. Unfortunately, the older (Palmer and Monson) guns history will be a mystery for actual year of manufacture as the records were turned over to BATFE upon bankruptcy proceedings.

I have one in a .357 mag and there is no model numbers on the older models, I believe they called them a model 15.

Well actually there are quite a few models that are no longer made.
