I picked up a Colt model 5070CCC in a .45 NIB. can any of you guys tell me anything about this gun. when it was made, how many were produced, price range ect. thanks, Larry

  I have looked in the blue book and the 13 edition catalog of firearms and cannot find the 5070 model.

  The box has model-05070CCC Custom Comp 45 on it , it is a stainless 1911.

  The 05070CCC is the SKU/model number for this gun. The 5070 series would be Stainless Gold Cup. The CCC is a code used to designate certain additional features the pistol has on it via the Custom Shop.
