I just bought a Auto Ord tommy gun. Does anyone know if anyone sells a drum mag for the M1 version?

  What 74cuda is telling you is that 1921 or 1928 type Thompsons were designed to accept drums. They're inserted from the side and you'll see that the simplified M1 types lack the cuts on the magazine well.
  
  Not sure about modern Thompsons, but this is how the originals are configured.
