Where can i purchase parts for a grendel p10? SpecificallyI need a hammer spring and/or a parts gun. I know the company went belly up in the 90's but someone must have an idea of where to find parts, yes?

I wouldn't put a lot of money in it unless you're able to test fire it, to be assured of it's reliability.
The P 10 was the first model .380 that Grendel developed and sold, it hasn't been in production since the early 90's. This was years before Grendel went belly up, in the mid 90's.

Thanks Rufe, I'll have to see about shooting it. I was thinking it might be worth 100.00 if it shoots reliably. John

The Grendel P-30 has evaluated considerabley over its $200 selling price, largely because of the 30 round mag. If you can pick up a P-10 for $100, it should prove reliable and easy to service. The down side of course is no parts availablity, so you might want to look for a parts gun as well.

The entire parts inventory of Grendel went to Birmingham Pistol Wholesale, in Alabama. I don't know whether they are still in business.

Most of the employees of Grendel went to work for the new company, known as Kel-Tec.

The Grendel .380s, the P10 and P12, have always been reliable in my experience. I like the P10 a little better for concealment, since it has a smaller butt.

If you buy this gun, NEVER dry fire it. You can break the hammer real fast that way. NEVER try to disassemble the slide. It takes a special jig and winder to get the mainspring back in.

Birmingham Pistol Wholesale doesn't have parts for them anymore. I have a small supply of parts for P10 and the P12, but have alot of the hammer springs (about 50 left), which tend to break.

If you have the load tool with it you can get about $125 for it. Without the load tool less than $115. Those are what I consider to be best market values.

I bought mine with the original load tool and instruction manual, no box for $115 two years ago. Its a 99% condition. Haven't shot it. But its just a cheap little curiosity. Something different for my collection. Thats why I bought it. Not to shoot, and not for investment. Just for the collection because its kinda different.

    He-Dog,the 30 round Grendel you speak of is a .22 Mag. not a .380.

Yep, it is indeed, I have one. As far as I can tell it is the only one of the Grendels except maybe that rifle thingy to have evaluated much. But it is a decent, if ugly, plinker, with a lot of sting. Still, a P-30 for $100 is a decent buy.

had a p-10 once...worked ok hard on hand.. shot somewhere left...also p-30 with long barrel...loved that 22 mag 30 rd..but had a problem with firing pin..glad to get $150 out of it ..now can't find one at a decent price...have since figured out how to redo long pointy pin that should make it reliable...fun gun
