Fair price for a Redfield #70 peep sight

I need your help to determine a fair price for a Redfield No. 70 LH micrometer peep sight. It's in its original box with original warranty, though I doubt the warranty is valid because of the age of the sights. Another member of GB and I are looking for help with this matter. Thanks for your time and expertise.

  I don't know anything specific about your receiver sight, but would like to refer you to a book written by Nick Stroebel "Old Gunsights" published by Krause Publications.
  
  I have the companion volume "Old Rifle Scopes" also written by Stroebel. I found it very comprehensive, he has photos of many of the older scopes and gives his estimate of the current market values.

  Stroebel's book says $30-$75.00 fits Savage Model 1899 rifles.

  You didn't say if you were buying or selling. I've bought and sold a few old gunsights, sometimes they will bring more than what the book says, depending on how bad somebody wants it for their firearm. The Stroebel's book is great for indentification.
