Do a search at longrangehunting.com any you'll find a lot of info about IOR scopes. Probably ask the same question there and it will be a big difference in the opinions between the two web sites.

Owned them both. Valdada wins hands down in my opinion. I just picked up the 6-24x50 tactical and man is it one great scope. Big adjustment focus knob,..and FINE adjustments. The target knobs are very strong and audible. The glass is superior to leupold IMO. The reticles also offer a better variety for the discerning target shooter. I got the MP8 ranging reticle and it is fine enough for benchrest while still plenty useable for hunting and ranging at long distances. They are very tough and built to withstand. I would compare ONLY the leupold MK IV to the valdada (BIG STICK can testify to the MK IV's ability[:D]) but at a much higher price than the IOR,...I still say IOR. I will say that I favor the tactical knobs with no covers on the leupold MK IV,..but the features of the IOR coupled with Schott glasswerks glass and zeiss coatings make the IOR the scope to beat right now considering it's modest price. I have multiple Nightforce NXS scopes,..and purchased the IOR after a healthy viewing of the one on Rich De Simone's rifle at the Quantico Nationals. Incidently,...Rich holds the current IBS 1000yd light gun record,..and he has an IOR. I'll let BIG STICK take over from there.

why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
    Got Balistics?
