muzzelloader build up

Does anyone use power belt bullets in tc hawkins muzzelloader, and are you getting any build up of plastic foulings

  I've been using powerbelts in my encore 50cal , it started shooting like crap , so i tried about every thing I could think of without any luck until i gave it a very good cleaning, I started off by cleaning it with kerosene (which cuts plastic built up) then followed up with a normal cleaning , after which it went back to shooting good groups again ,
  all i can say is try it , pull some kerosene thru the bore follow with a good brushing let it set for awhile then brush it again , then clean as you normally would , let us know if it helps
