French 1873 chamelot Delvigne converted to .22rf
I have recently put a french model chamelot delvigne 1873 made in 1876 in layaway. This gun was originaly in 11mm but was converted to fire 22lr or 22short. Can anyone give me information on this revolver? The action seems to be the same as my Harrington and richardson automatic ejection revolver. Is there anyway for me to tell where this gun was issued?
