I was told that you can shoot 410 slug's out of a 45-70 rifle,, Is this true or is this guy pulling my leg??
I don't see that it can very acurate..

  A customer just asked me this question,IS THE 9MM STEYR THE SAME CARTRIDGE AS THE 9MM LARGO? [?]

  NO Marlin and Winchester both make lever action rifles that are in 410 and they look just like the big bore guns , but they only shot 410 out of them , now the T/C contender comes in a 45lc /410 chamber , maybe that is what your friend was thinking of

  Not something I would recommend, even if you can chamber the 410.
  
  With the proper barrel you can do this with TC Contenders, but not just any 45 long colt bbl. as you need the barrel that will accept the screw on/in (depending on year of mfg.) choke piece.
