Rem 7400 shell extractor help or parts

Hi. A Buddy bought the cheapest version of the 7400 at Wall mart and it will not eject shells. If you force them out the shell has a bite out of it on the rim. Do you know someone who has a decent bolt with extractor that I could easily replace? I am no gunsmith the shop I took it too called it a throw away and would not work on it. any other advice?

  if it take a bite out of the shell there is nothing wrong with the extractor or bolt, you have a dirty/rusty chamber. find a better gunsmith.

  Rough chamber. I had the same problem. Contact Remington for a
  RMA. Let them fix thier mistake.
