C&R Shipping

Well I sent for my C&R. I got to thinking about my ability to ship guns. Am I now able to not only receive C&R pieces but can I ship them like any FFL (to other dealers of course)? What about shipping newer guns to FFL holders? How would my shipper know if whatever I am sending is C&R or not? Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself and should just wait until I get my license.

NO SHIPPING, ONLY AS ALLOWED BY ANY OTHER NON FFL. YOU ARE A COLLECTOR NOT A SELLER. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT. SAVE YOU A LOT OF PROBLEMS. GOOD LUCK.

I WOULD RATHER BE DUCK HUNTING.

When you get the regulation books with your license, they will explain that, as far as SELLING guns, a C&R holder has no more rights or privileges than a nonlicensee.

A C&R licensee cannot use the USPS to send or receive a handgun; you must use UPS or FEDEX, like anyone else. You will be able to send modern long guns by FEDEX, UPS, or USPS, like anyone else; you can receive C&R long guns by FEDEX, UPS, or USPS, unlike nonlicensees who cannot.

As a C&R you have the right to have C&R firearms shipped to you(it doesn't matter if it is UPS, USPS) You may ship long guns (they don't have to be C&R) by Ups or USPS. You still don't have the right to ship handguns by USPS. The USPS manual states that only 'licensed dealers' can ship handguns. The C&R does not give you any more rights as far as shipping firearms, just recieving them.
    I hope this helps.
