Need Info on Palmetto .22

I have this old single shot .22lr that has a 20" round barrel, action similar to a Crackshot, case colored reciever. The only thing on the left side of the reciever is Palmetto. On the top of barrel it says .22 long rifle. On the bottom of trigger guard it says E 690. This is all that is on the gun. I can take pictures if needed. If anyone knows about this one or value, please reply.
