Just another designation for one of the large number of Chicom Tokarovs which were imported in huge numbers prior to the Clinton exectutive order cutting off rifled bore firearms from China. Other designations were the Norinco NP-15 and a bunch of others used by various importers who also brought these guns in the country, some with slightly different features. I think old retail ran right around $200. These are very basic no frills handguns with primitive sights and poor triggers along with generally spotty fit and finish. Better than a Hi-Point but that is all I can say. Since no more of these pistols can be imported there may well be some slight interest from an accumulation (I won't say collector) point of view.
