I got into an argument with a friend the other day who said any magazine that is over thirty rounds is illegal. Thats not true is it. I buy the things all the time at gunshows and off the internet. Can someone clearify this for me.

quote:California, pre-ban magazines may be owned but no longer bought, sold, or otherwise transfered without a special permit

Does this limitation include people in California selling to people outside of California? Most limits seem to be where the item is actually going, not where it is originating from. Thanks.

Why is it that I still see them in Cabelas Catalog? 20 and 30 Rd. Capacity for Rifles.

    2-Patch

    3-Ball

    4-Remove the Rod

    5-Do Not Forget the Cap.

s.gun the reason you see them in cabelas because we in free states such as Texas can still buy Hi-cap magazines. If you look in you magazine you'll see little numbers around those hi-cap mags, or around the price line. Take these numbers to the order page it will tell you what states are restricted from shipping to them.
