  surplus ammo tends to be a gamble. my father owns, restored, and shoots a MAS 1936. we reload our brass here at the shop, but the best shooting, most accuratte ammo we have tried is the MUNICOES DE ARMAS LIGEIRAS FNM "BLUE SKY" 139 GR FMJ ball. its new production, reloadable brass, and cheap. great groups at 100 yds with this stuff. we have tried some heavier bullets, and hot loads, but with out much luck. best regards, mike.
