    If you mean the little Spansh Destroyer Carbine in 9 Largo. It is a fun little gun with good quality. As with most milsups the quality can vary greatly from gun to gun but a 'handpick' would be a good gun. Haven't really noticed any on the military surplus side in awhile. Who has a new supply?

    i own a DESTROYER CARBINE OFFICERS MODEL chambered in 9mm luger, with a finley figured birch stock (only made for 2 years). we just aquired a standard model in 9mm largo for a regular customer here at the shop. i have 3 magazines for my gun, one original, and two i bought later. they all work without problems. i realy enjoy this piece. at 50 and 100 yds the gun is quite accuratte with cheap ammo. my gun is is superb condition (NRA EXCELLANT / 95%+). its a great gun to learn basic rifle function and marksmanship on... there is almost no recoil, its quiet, and ammo is cheap and plentiful.

    prices over the last 3 years have risen sharply. the days of the $99.00 DESTROYER are long gone. for a gun in NRA VERY GOOD / 85%+ expect to pay near $200.00. you may chance upon a model that has a bayonet lug attatched, as some had this modification done after production.

    i recomend this piece, its a great, fun, light handling gun. best regards, mike.

    Where could a Destroyer Carbine chambered for 9mm Luger Not 9mm Largo
    be found?Wouldn't mind having one as a compliment to my Erfurt Luger.
