Tri-Test 30 Carbine Reloads

A friend of mine showed me a full box of Tri-Test 30 Carbine factory reload shells. Most of the shells are lead but some are metal jacket and some have orange paint on the tips. First has anyone heard of Tri-Test company? The box is yellow with the logo imprinted on it and I think it had a Florida address on it. Second what is the orange painted bullets? I have a pic if someone needs to verify the item.

  sir, i used to have a box of tri test shot shells, they were paper hull reloads, i am guessing 60`s era, i cant find them{no surprise} but i belive box was yellow with a diamond shaped logo and said something like tri test, best by test. the orange tipped carts are probally usgi tracers and should have the red sealer around primer and bullet and possibly a headstamp of lc with a 50`s-60`s date??
